A senior cardiac nurse working at the British Heart Foundation, Regine Giblin, stated that this research study with a massive sample size of 88,000 suggests that having a regular bedtime between 10 pm to 11 pm could prove to be a sweet spot for most of the general population that want to keep the health of their heart for long terms.
