This trial contains all COVID-19 patients in critical conditions, but only requires periodic monitoring by nursing. The observation of this trial is not linked with mild symptoms of COVID-19 infection as ibuprofen tested as a treatment for coronavirus.

The worst-hit country crosses the world is the United States containing 1,891,433 confirmed coronavirus cases, followed by Brazil and Russia. To control the further transmission of the infection into the surrounding environment, strict lockdowns are being implemented in various countries to limit contact. Multiple countries have reopened and reduced the strictness in lockdown, but still implementing the protocols of social distancing, which will help reduce and prevent further spread of the infection, limiting new coronavirus cases.
